by Russ Curtis, IBRRC's Technology Manager. To keep the site
looking as best as possible, he uses HTML,
Javascript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS),
Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop.
During the November 2007 San Francisco Oil Spil, Russ helped launch the bird center's blog: http://intbirdrescue.blogspot.com/
In 2000 this site consisted
of a single page. Currently there
are nearly 400 pages of online information
– from the history of oil
spill response to current day concerns
